Technical Vector

SO! this is the finished technical vector.
For some reason unknown, I chose to vector a stand mixer...
I think because it is complex, but not too difficult.
The original picture was red, but I made my version yellow, because I wanted to make it different then the original, plus yellow is my fav colour.

I thought this project turned out pretty nicely, one of my better ones I'd say, it took a long time to finish. But I hope people like it:D

Vector Landscape

I chose to vector Easter Island, because they are very distinct and mysterious, and appealing.

I did the details on the heads with circles.

This would probably be my favourite project I did this semester so far, because we could make it our own, plus it was organic.

Cure-A-Thon Handbill

When I first made this handbill, I made it a nicer, paler pink colour, but it turns out that this type of program mostly appealed to seniors who came to our school for gourmet fridays, so I needed to change the colour to make it darker so it could be read easier.

Overall, I sort of like this project, but it may have been, like, too slanted or something to be chosen for the Cure-a-thon, which is sort-of unfortunate.

Suds Poster

This project was a poster design for a play being done by the school.
The "Suds" word took a LONG time to make, it was a tutorial to make the letters look like bubbles or water.
But although, this was still another project I produced that I was not completely happy with, but it was due, so it needed to be handed in. I really don't like the words in the corner (the way they look all squished) but I guess other then that..... I'm not sure. I did try to incorporate the play and it's meaning to the poster.

CD Cover

so here was basically the first project we did in our class.
we made CD covers, and after trying MANY different artists, styles, etc, i finally just settled down with Jackson 5.

this was definitely not one of my favourite/best/strongest pieces of work, i was spending too long on it, redoing it, and just ended up with this.

resolution

i definitely need to start putting my work on this blog.
so here it goes...
